Siding Installed Right the First Time

Great siding is only as good as the crew that installs it. Poor flashing, uneven panels and missed moisture issues are what cause siding to fail early, no matter how good the material is. That is why we treat installation as a craft, not an afterthought.

Green Metal Roofing Inc. has more than 15 years of experience installing exterior cladding for homeowners and businesses from Windsor to Oshawa. Our installers handle everything from tear-off to final trim, so you deal with one team from your first consultation to the last cleanup.

Whether you are re-siding a country-side home, updating a townhome, refreshing a cottage or cladding a barn or shop, we will plan the job around your building, your schedule and your budget. Already know what material you want? Browse our siding products. Not sure yet? We will help you choose during your consultation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are very happy with our new roof. Green Metal Roofing crew were on time, energetic and worked hard each day. They are extremely polite, professional and respectful of the property. Shout out to Dan who worked harder than any young man I know. We look forward to seeing you folks back here in a hundred years or so when it’s time for a touch up or a replacement roof. In all seriousness, it was the best contractor experience we have ever had.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had Green Metal Roofing install a new roof on our house and we could not be happier with the finished product. From the initial consultation with Greg to the installation crew of Isaac and Oscar, everyone was professional, communicative and friendly throughout the whole process. The crew made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the day and went over and above with our installation. We highly recommend Green Metal Roofing if you are considering a new metal roof.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Green Metal did our steel roof recently. We are very happy with the work. We love our new metal roof! John Olczak from Green Metal Roofing was very professional. He followed a disciplned process from checking the roof and attic before the project to re-exam the new roof upon completion. He made sure our requirements were well understood and documented, from material to roof installation steps. The work led by Junior the installer was perfect in making every step of the project was done carefully with great quality. The result was very good.

Siding Installation FAQs

Thinking about new siding? Here are straight answers to the questions homeowners ask us most before they get started.

How long does siding installation take?

Most single-family homes take a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the size of the home, the amount of trim and detail work and the weather. We give you a timeline in your quote.

Do I need to remove my old siding first?

In most cases, yes. Removing it lets us inspect the wall, repair any hidden damage and install a proper weather barrier. We will tell you if your situation allows another approach.

Can you install siding and a new roof at the same time?

Yes. Doing both together saves on scheduling and gives you a matching exterior.

Will you handle disposal and cleanup?

Yes. We remove old materials and clean up daily, including a final sweep for loose fasteners.

Do you offer a warranty on installation?

Yes. Green Metal Roofing backs its work with a 55-year warranty, so you get more than a new exterior: you get decades of proven durability, beauty and value. Ask your consultant for the full warranty details for your siding project.
